Gauteng court news:

Johannesburg: Nyasha Dube and twelve others are expected to appear in the Palm Ridge High Court for trial. They face 392 charges of money laundering.

Johannesburg: The trial against alleged serial rapist Lucky Simelane continues in the Palm Ridge High Court where he faces 14 counts of rape, 12 of kidnapping, 10 counts of robbery with aggravating circumstances, attempted murder and robbery.

Johannesburg: The trial of two murder suspects who allegedly stabbed their cousins and a baby before placing the bodies in a bathtub full of boiling water is set to begin at the Palm Ridge High Court.

Western Cape court news:

Cape Town: An extradition enquiry is expected to be held at the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court in the case of a paedophile, wanted in Australia in connection with child sex allegations. Anthony Peter Freedendal, 75, is already behind bars in Pollsmoor Prison after he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting eight children locally.

Cape Town: Mncedisi Nditha and co-accused are expected to appear in the Western Cape High Court for a pre trial hearing. They face six counts of murder.

Cape Town: 35 students are expected to appear at the Bellville Magistrate’s Court where they face charges of public violence.
