{"id":8395,"date":"2018-03-02T10:45:07","date_gmt":"2018-03-02T08:45:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southafricatoday.net\/media\/accidents\/taxi-and-motorbike-collide-leaving-one-dead-on-white-road-in-grange-on-the-outskirts-of-pietermaritzburg\/"},"modified":"2018-03-02T10:45:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-02T08:45:09","slug":"taxi-and-motorbike-collide-leaving-one-dead-on-white-road-in-grange-on-the-outskirts-of-pietermaritzburg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southafricatoday.net\/media\/accidents\/taxi-and-motorbike-collide-leaving-one-dead-on-white-road-in-grange-on-the-outskirts-of-pietermaritzburg\/","title":{"rendered":"Taxi and motorbike collide leaving one dead on White Road in Grange, on the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>A man, believed to be in his 30s was killed and eight others injured this morning following a collision between a taxi and modified motorbike on White Road in Grange, on the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg.<br \/>\nER24 paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after 08h00 to find the taxi on the side of the road while the motorbike was found some distance away on the right-hand side of the road.&nbsp;<br \/>\nUpon closer inspection, paramedics discovered the body of a man in his 30s, believed to be the driver of the motorbike, lying behind the taxi. Unfortunately, the man had already succumbed to his injuries.
