Six people were left injured this evening when a taxi veered off the Hendrik Verwoerd Road in Centurion.<\/p>\n

ER24 paramedics, along with another service, arrived on the scene to find the taxi in the veld, some distance away from the road. Several people were found walking around on the scene.<\/p>\n

Paramedics assessed the patients and found that six had sustained minor to moderate injuries.<\/p>\n

The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to various provincial hospitals for further care.<\/p>\n

Several other patients were assessed and found to have escaped injury.<\/p>\n

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.<\/p>\n
