Reaction Officers arrived on scene with the eThekwini Fire Department, who extinguished the blaze.<\/p>\n<p>The driver explained that he was travelling with his wife and daughter to shop in Cornubia &ndash; KZN when he noticed smoke emanating from the engine bay as he approached the off-ramp. He immediately pulled into the emergency lane and called for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>The family was visibly traumatised but sustained no injuries.
