Motorists are therefore encouraged to plan their journeys in advance, allow sufficient travel time, remain patient and obey all traffic rules and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Drivers travelling to the Reed Dance are reminded to ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy and not overloaded. Motorists must not carry more passengers than the vehicle is designed or legally permitted to accommodate. Overloading compromises a vehicle&rsquo;s stability, braking ability and overall safety, putting passengers and other road users at risk.
