On arrival, Reaction Officers found the injured male conscious on an embankment.<\/p>\n<p>RUSA Paramedics examined the male and established that he had sustained serious injuries to his right shoulder and right ankle. He explained that he was walking to his place of employment in Waterloo &ndash; KZN when he was struck.<\/p>\n<p>No witnesses could provide details of the vehicle involved.
