Reaction Officers and RUSA Paramedics were immediately dispatched.<\/p>\n<p>On arrival, First Responders located a white Toyota Corolla with extensive front-end damage. According to the 22-year-old driver of the Toyota Corolla, he attempted to overtake a white Toyota Hilux travelling in the fast lane. <\/p>\n<p>As he entered the slow lane, the Toyota Hilux also changed lanes, resulting in the vehicles colliding.
