Local residents walking along the roadway alerted authorities after hearing the distinct cries of an infant coming from the grass near the roadside.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, the medical team immediately assumed care of the infant. Advanced Paramedics conducted a thorough clinical evaluation while simultaneously taking measures to warm the baby boy and shield him from exposure. Following a comprehensive on-scene assessment, the infant was in a stable condition.
