According to the 23-year-old driver, he was travelling towards Oaklands &#8211; KZN from Oakford &#8211; KZN when a white dump truck approached from the opposite direction while allegedly straddling both lanes. <\/p>\n<p>He attempted to hoot to alert the truck driver, but the truck reportedly continued driving in the middle of the road.
