The points demerit system will be active from 1 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>As the Regulations were only published on 31 October 2025, it left us with only a few weeks before implementation. We are therefore only planning for webinars before the December implementation (timing for registration, preparation of AARTO information documents, availability of venues, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>If needed, we will arrange physical sessions in the major areas in February and March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>    Attend one of our AARTO Information Webinars<br \/>\nAlta Swanepoel will be hosting the webinars covering the AARTO Act and Regulations.
