Basically only the blacks in South Africa may receive humanitarian aid from Government. All food now needs to be delivered to Government who in turn will distribute it to themselves or their chosen groups. Whites and other minorities will be excluded.<\/p>\n<p>White businesses also have to hand over half of their asset value to blacks if they are to receive any assistance.
