In this video by Willem Petzer, we see that a farmer from Bapsfontein and his wife were attacked, tortured, and the man was genitally mutilated. The video exposes not only the brutality involved in farm attacks but also the media’s reluctance to accurately report on these heinous crimes. The farm attackers strangled Timothy Rademeyer (51) with a scarf and cut off his private parts with a sharp object. Both Rademeyr and his wife were admitted to ICU.<\/p>\n
The Citizen newspaper editor Daniel Friedman made a comedy scene mocking this kind of brutal torture and yet his actions were defended by The South African National Editors Forum (SANEF). The video covers a number of blatant utterances by Friedman that somehow are defended by his peers.<\/p>\n
The farm attack and torture took place in the early morning hours of Wednesday 5 February 2020, in the Welbekend area in Bapsfontein, Gauteng, South Africa.<\/p>\n
