The proposed expropriation of land without compensation is in fact already taking place. And Ramaphosa too has been implicated in bribery during the state capture investigation. Forty two names have been uncovered in the report including prominent government officials. <\/p>\n<p>The land reform program is now too embroiled in massive fraud allegations and unqualified beneficiaries have received millions of rand and farms.
