Nine people were left injured Thursday morning when the bakkie they were travelling in rolled off the Tygerberg Valley Road in Durbanville, Western Cape.<\/p>\n
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 08h10 to find the bakkie upright on the side of the road. The workers that had been on the back of the vehicle were now found seated on the side of the road.<\/p>\n
Paramedics assessed the patients and found that they had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found on the scene.<\/p>\n
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Kraaifontein Day Hospital for further treatment.<\/p>\n
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.<\/p>\n
