A six year old scholar from Daylee Independent School in Dawncrest, KwaZulu-Natal suffered minor injuries after she was involved in a two car collision at the Ottawa and R102 intersection between Phoenix, Verulam on Tuesday morning. The child was stabilized and transport to Osindisweni Hospital.<\/p>\n
Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the scene at approx 07:38 and found the Metro Police in attendance. According to the driver of a white Nissan Qashqai he was traveling down Kissoon Road – Ottawa when the female driver of the silver Toyota Etios made a u-turn on his path of travel.<\/p>\n
The male driver, who is a Zimbabwean National was not injured. The female, who moved to Verulam from Cape Town three months ago was treated on scene.<\/p>\n
