Two people have been injured one critically so after two vehicles collided on the M19 just before the N2 interchange just after 06:40 this morning.<\/p>\n
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find one of the drivers still entrapped in the wreckage with critical injuries. Once extricated the patient went into Cardiac Arrest and Advanced Life Support Paramedics worked on the patient and managed to regain a pulse. The patient was loaded into an awaiting ambulance before being rushed to a nearby hospital for the urgent care that she required. The second driver was also stabilised on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n
At this stage the events leading up to the collision are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.<\/p>\n
