Kliptown, Soweto, Gauteng began a protest yesterday and have vowed to protest until the election to be held on August, 3 2016.

Kliptown is a dirty, crime infested town, overcrowded and lacking the basic services of running water, refuse removal and sanitation. Mobile toilets are all over the place, and residents suffer health problems from the dirt and stench.

The African National Congress (ANC) have had 22 years to uplift the majority, who they claim suffered under the apartheid government. Now the ANC want another five years and what will happen in that time, nothing. It is a tragedy that these poor ignorant people have no vision and remain under the influence of the corrupt ANC government. The ANC will not change the living conditions of these poor townships and the people will forever be bound into the eternal hell of poverty.
