In this video by ‘Morning Shot’ we see that the communist party of China is assisting in “training up” South Africa’s “public servants.” They courses will cover: China’s governance model for development of outcomes, the capacity of the state to deal with emergencies and the Chinese model of disaster management and the management of COVID-19.
Clearly the ANC are trying to be everything that the Chinese communist party is. The communist ‘thing’ in South Africa during the last 26 years has not really worked so is the government now desperate to learn how to do it?
