It is indeed sad to say that there are many people, who remain racist and blind to democracy. When will the majority of South Africans realize that the Democratic Alliance (DA) is not a “whites only” party? The DA have always fought for the freedom of all South Africans, yet the majority refuse to accept this fact. Yes, there are white people within the party, but they are not the majority of the party.
The black individuals who joined the DA and the voters who placed their confidence in this party are intelligent people, who see past color. It is these people that have realized South Africa will never change if there is no fundamental shift. The policies of the DA have proved to work excellently, no corruption, good governance, service deliveries. That is what South Africa needs, not the racist few who remain stuck into the past and try to undermine the efforts of democracy.
