Three people were left injured this morning when a bus veered off the road off the R550 in Grasmere

Three people were left injured this morning when a bus veered off the road off the R550 in Grasmere.

ER24 paramedics, along with other medical services, arrived on the scene at 07h41 to find the bus on the right-hand side of the side. Some of the passengers had already climbed out of the vehicle.

Paramedics assessed the patients and found that three women had sustained minor injuries. Fortunately, no fatalities were found.

The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to a nearby provincial hospital for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
