Thirteen people were left injured this afternoon when the taxi they were traveling in rolled on the Table Mountain Road in Maqongo, KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 14h30 to find a taxi on its roof on the sidewalk. The passengers were found seated around the vehicle.
Medics quickly assessed the patients and found that thirteen adults had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were later transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
