Pedestrian with mental disability knocked over by taxi on the P55, Bomela

This morning at approximately 10:30 am Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the P55 Bomela for an accident.

When paramedics arrived on scene a pedestrian was found to have been knocked by a taxi. When the scene was assessed the pedestrian was the only patient, having sustained serious injuries.

According to the bystanders the pedestrian suffered from a mental disability. The patient was stabilized on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment.
