Gauteng: At 17H49 Monday late afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Beyers Naude Drive in Blackheath Johannesburg.
Reports from the scene indicate that a mini-bus taxi and a motorcycle were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found the motorcyclist an 18-year-old male had sustained moderate injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise him.
Once treated and stabilised the patient was transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
