IPSS Medical Rescue together with Advanced Life Paramedics attended to a multi-vehicle high impact head-on collision on the N2 near bridge 12, the Amatikulu River.
Unfortunately, all 4 of the occupants involved were declared deceased on scene by paramedics on arrival.
The scene is still active, awaiting SAPS and Forensics.
Traffic is still badly affected in both directions.
