VRMED responded early friday night to reports of a car that collided with a tree on Ryk Tulbach road in Noordhoek, Bloemfontein.
On arrival, crews found the driver of the vehicle lying on the side of the road and quickly assessed him and found him to have sustained minor injuries. According to the driver another vehicle was pulling a large branch out of the road with a rope due to it breaking off a tree.
The driver stated that he could not see the branch being pulled behind the vehicle when he collided with it. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene after the collision leaving the injured man next to the road. The driver was transported to Pelonomi trauma unit for further care. The scene was handed over to SAPS for further investigation. #ArriveAlive…
