One person sustained serious injuries and another nine minor to moderate injuries after a light motor vehicle and minibus taxi collided on the N8 between Bloemfontein and Botshabelo this afternoon.
Jaws of life had to be used to free the victim from the motor vehicle. All patients were treated by paramedics from various services before being transported to hospital for further care.
The cause of the accident will be investigated by the SAPS.
