The India arm of professional services firm EY has acquired customer relationship management (CRM) solutions provider C Centric Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
EY did not disclose the amount it paid to acquire the company.
EY in India said in a statement on Thursday the acquisition strengthens its commitment to support businesses by providing a customer-insights driven strategy that would help leverage technologies such as artificial intelligence, analytics and the cloud.
