We prioritize <strong>quality over quantity<\/strong>. By submitting a listing, you agree to these rules. Non-compliance will result in rejection or removal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. How to Start<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cSign in\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to create your profile. You must have a profile to submit a listing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Who Can Be Listed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a legitimate, currently operational business in South Africa or a recognized African nation.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a functioning website or an active Facebook page that clearly explains your products\/services.<\/li>\n<li><em>Note: We may check your physical address via a &#8220;Google walk.&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Listing Requirements (The &#8220;Must-Dos&#8221;)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> English only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Your exact legal or &#8220;Trading As&#8221; name. No slogans, taglines, or keyword stuffing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> 300\u2013600+ words. Must be 100% original, human-written, and grammatically correct. <strong>Do not copy-paste<\/strong>\u00a0from your website or social media.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Categories:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose from our predefined list. (You can request a new category if needed).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Images:<\/strong> Max ~100KB. Must be original photos of your premises, team, or products. <strong>No stock photos<\/strong>, watermarks, heavy filters, or embedded contact info.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact Info:<\/strong>\u00a0A direct, working phone number and email (business domain emails like `@yourbusiness.co.za` are strongly preferred over Gmail).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> A physical, staffed location is required. <em>(Exception: If you are strictly an online business, you must select the &#8220;Online Business&#8221; category). <\/em>Only one listing per physical location\/entity, unless distinct businesses like a hotel and restaurant share an address. To maximize your listings you can list all branches as a new listing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Strictly Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)<\/strong><br \/>\nSubmissions containing any of the following will be automatically rejected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keyword stuffing or duplicate listings (only one listing per physical location\/entity, unless distinct businesses like a hotel and restaurant share an address).<\/li>\n<li>Any spam, illegal activities or products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Review Process &amp; Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manual Review:<\/strong> Takes <strong>3 to 5 business days<\/strong>. Approval is not guaranteed, but our team may help edit\/expand your content to ensure its success.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Featured Listings:<\/strong> Standard listings are <strong>100% free<\/strong>. We will expand with optional paid featured listings in the future.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Removal:<\/strong>\u00a0We regularly audit the directory.
