They are required to undergo regular examinations by the Committee of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/EN\/HRBodies\/CEDAW\/Pages\/Membership.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">23 independent experts<\/a>, which reviews countries\u2019 implementation of both the Convention as well as the Committee\u2019s previous recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Committee\u2019s open meetings will take place in <strong>Room XVI, A Building, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva<\/strong>.\u00a0A full schedule of meetings is available online <a href=\"https:\/\/tbinternet.ohchr.org\/_layouts\/15\/treatybodyexternal\/Download.aspx?symbolno=INT%2fCEDAW%2fPOW%2f75%2f29095&amp;Lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.
