A 25-year-old woman from Mutare has been sentenced to an effective two years in prison after defrauding her employer of US$16 241.05 by falsifying daily cash sales records over a period of four months.<\/p>\n
Michellene Muzenda, who worked as a supervisor, manipulated cash book entries between November 5, 2025 and March 17, 2026 recording figures that did not correspond with sales reflected in the company’s automated teller machine (ATM) records.<\/p>\n
