Opened by Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema, the 20th Ordinary Session of the Regional Inter-Ministerial Committee (RIMC) of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) brought together foreign ministers from the bloc.<\/p>\n
