Chairman of Sudan Sovereign Council, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, has ruled out negotiations with the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), saying the army would fight on until it defeats the group across Darfur, Kordofan and Blue Nile.<\/p>\n
