Morocco’s Attijariwafa Bank has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Ghana.<\/p>\n
The North African lender will purchase a significant portion from Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Group, expanding its footprint in English-speaking Africa.
