The Minister of Roads and Highways, Mr Kwame Governs Agbodza, has attributed the financial challenges currently facing the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) to the awarding of cocoa road contracts worth GH\u00a223 billion during the 2023\/2024 fiscal year.<\/p>\n
