The Member of Parliament for Akwatia, Bernard Bediako Baidoo, has disagreed with the ECOWAS Court’s decision to assume jurisdiction in the case filed by former Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, even though he respects the court’s final position.<\/p>\n
