Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936) has nominated 81 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives for consideration by the assemblies.<\/p>\n
The nominations are across nine regions, namely, Bono East, 1, Bono, 2, Upper West, 11, Western, 14, Central, 22, Upper East, 15, Northern, 14, Ashanti, 1 and Savannah, 1.<\/p>\n
The latest nomination, announced by Secretary to the President, Dr Calistus Mahama, on Saturday, comes on the back of 71 nominations presented earlier.<\/p>\n
