OMBUDSMAN, Advocate Tlotliso Polaki, has ordered internal investigations into rogue members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) and Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) accused of torturing and violating the rights of civilians during anti-crime operations.<\/p>\n
