At least seven people have lost their lives, while over 40 others sustained various degrees of injuries after a heavy-duty truck experienced brake failure, lost control and overturned beneath the Muhammadu Buhari Bridge in Nassarawa local government area of Kano State.<\/p>\n
The truck was reportedly heading to Lagos State from Takai local government area of Kano State when the accident occurred at midnight on Thursday. Witnesses said it was carrying about 70 passengers along with livestock.<\/p>\n
