The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, has summoned Kenya Airways to its headquarters in Abuja over a social media video showing a heated exchange between a maltreated Nigerian passenger and Kenya Airways agent at the transfer desk in Nairobi.<\/p>\n
