Monrovia \u2014 A state-run University of Liberia (UL) investigative committee has recommended the prosecution of Commerce Inspector D. Dorr Cooper for academic fraud, having found him guilty of illegally obtaining an undergraduate degree in Public Administration.<\/p>\n
