Kinshasa \u2014 Angola Head of State, Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o, arrived Monday in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to meet with the Congolese President, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n
The visit is part of the diplomatic efforts undertaken to ensure compliance with the new ceasefire agreement signed on July 30 in Luanda between the DRC and Rwanda, under Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o’s mediation.<\/p>\n
