Nigeria: Benue Launches Digital Emergency Platforms to Tackle Humanitarian Crises

The Benue State Emergency Management Agency (BSEMA) on Monday launched a digital emergency management system, known as the Benue Electronic Emergency Management System (Benue E-Emergency Platforms).
