Accra — Nigerian political figure and former presidential candidate Peter Obi has lauded the leadership and character of Liberia’s Senate Pro-Tempore, Madam Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence, during an informal exchange at the Democracy Dialogue held this week in Accra, Ghana.
