West Africa: Ecowas Parliament Launches Drug Abuse and Mental Health Awareness Campaign in Monrovia

The Parliament of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has launched a major awareness campaign on drug abuse and mental health in Monrovia, Liberia.
