Monrovia — The head of the West African Examination Council (WAEC), Liberia Chapter Dale G. Gbotoe, reveal its planned to ‘name and shame’ school administrators who were caught in examination malpractice, during this year’s West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Exam (WASSCE).
