SUAKOKO — The Civil Service Agency (CSA) has suspended seven protesting Phebe Hospital workers without pay, a decision the Health Ministry says cannot be enforced, intensifying a standoff that is already disrupting care at one of central Liberia’s most critical referral hospitals.
