Rwanda: Kagame Holds Talks With Ivorian, Mauritanian Presidents

President Paul Kagame, on Monday, May 12, held bilateral discussions with President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani of Mauritania and President Alassane Ouattara of Côté d’Ivoire.
