Nigeria: FCT High Court Strikes Out Criminal Charges Against Ghanaian Investors As AGF Fagbemi Discontinues Case

A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in Gwarinpa has struck out the criminal charges brought against some Ghanaian investors and owners of JonahCapital Ltd in the River Park Estate dispute.

Justice Modupe-Osho Adebiyi on Tuesday struck out the matter after the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, discontinued the charges.
