THE decision by workers of the Judicial Service Association of Ghana (JUSAG) to embark on an indefinite nationwide strike is a matter of serious concern.
The action has brought court activities across the country to a standstill, leaving litigants, lawyers and other court users stranded and disrupting the administration of justice.
The grievances of the workers, particularly their concerns about salary increments and other conditions of service, deserve attention.
