Yesterday, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo inaugurated the $40-million African Bitumen Terminal at Tema.
The terminal is a joint venture between GOIL Ghana Limited and Societe Multinationale de Bitumes SMB) of La Cote d’Ivoire.
